Mission Statement:
Membership in this Section shall consist of representatives of medical staffs in hospitals and other delivery systems in Philadelphia. Each organized medical staff shall be entitled to one representative to this Section provided that it is established that the representative was elected by the majority of the active physician voting members of the medical staff represented or in accordance with its bylaws, is a member of the medical staff represented, is a member of the Society, and has clinical privileges. The regular functions of this Section shall include, but not be limited to, the addressing and resolving of common medical staff concerns.
