Mission Statement:
Membership in this section shall consist of members of the society who are under the age of 40 or who are physicians in their first 5 years of practice. This section shall elect annually a governing council of a chairman, vice chairman, and a secretary. The regular functions of this section shall include, but not be limited to, the addressing and resolving of common concerns to a young physician.
